The project progress:
1. Contrainer images about SEBA have been completely porting into arm platform. And the corresponding list has been updated into wiki

2. The deployment of SEBA on X86 has been successful. 
3. The deployment of SEBA on Arm has a little issue. it may caused by helm configration file. Andrei and Shanghai team is now working on it.
4. Shanghai and ENEA team do a lot work on SEBA image on arm platform
5. Before pushing the code into IEC project, we must follow the Akraino coding rules.

How to manage the SEBA repo:

   Before integrating SEBA's repo into IEC, we should conside it carefully:
   How to maintain those repos ?
   Compared with offical repos, it may be not a good idea.

Maybe Jira tool will be used for tracking our works.
