First combined meeting for Rover, Unicycle with SR-IOV and Unicycle with OVS-DPDK
Adding Jira issue collector banner to Network Cloud Release 1 documentation pages to simplify issue reporting
All issues will report into the Unicycle Jira project and can be reassigned as needed to Rover, OVS-DPDK, etc.
Target for next minor release has been moved to end of July based on current work load and scheduled summer vacations
Target enhancements for next release are:
Updated to Airship v1.0
Update to ONAP Casablanca
Lag support for OVS-DPDK

Updates with HPE python-ilorest-library are causing TLS issues. Downgraded to v2.3.1 until issue can be resolved.
