• Virtual Classroom app student side issue was being discussed and debugged.

• Due to an issue with the Zoom bridge we changed to a Webex bridge, but some people may not have received the email from lists.io in time
• There was no agenda because this is the initial kickoff call for the REC blueprint and there isn't any real content yet
• AT&T and Nokia are going through legal and intellectual property steps to get approval to release some existing code as an initial seed to the REC project but we have no code in the REC Gerrit until that approval process is completed.
• The first few REC meetings will probably be mostly "meet and greet" unless people bring in agenda items that they want to discuss
