Oleg Berzin graduated from Technical University of St. Petersburg, Russia with the MS degree in Computer Engineering. He received his Ph.D. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Oleg worked at Verizon for 20 years, where he held various technology leadership and development roles, including development of enterprise mobile private networking and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) services on the 4G LTE network.
