Community sub committee chair schedules presentation of proposal at next available Community Call
Process sub committee chair schedules presentation of proposal for formal review at the next available Process sub committee call
BP/FP proposer gives presentation in Community Call for TSC/community information and feedback
BP/FP proposer gives presentation to P-SC
P-SC completes recommendation template
P-SC sends proposal recommendation to TSC (using standard template)
TSC votes on BP/FP proposal to be graduated from Proposed to Incubation
