Tina Tsou is an Enterprise Architect at Arm, where she is responsible for designing and implementing robust strategies to establish first tier status for Arm architecture within open source communities and projects. In this role, Tina employs a comprehensive knowledge of relevant NFV/SDN collaborative open source initiatives, open source development tools, processes, build systems, packaging, continuous integration, and test methodologies. Recognized as a thought leader, she forges powerful partnerships with open source communities in support of multiple architectures, while prioritizing requirements for open source enablement in collaboration with Arm key stakeholders and relevant ecosystem partners. Tina also drives and empowers Arm’s Edge Computing Team.
Currently, Tina is completing her second term as the Co-Chair of the Technical Steering Committee for Akraino.
Prior to joining Arm, Tina excelled as the Digital Domain Expert for Connectivity at Philips Lighting, where she championed the company’s first NB-IoT solution, and facilitated the company’s transition from conventional lighting to LED and digital lighting technology. Additionally, she was employed by Huawei for 16 years in Technical Lead and Principal Engineer roles, where she led network architecture design, new product definition, product marketing strategy, and technology research—and developed the company’s first IPv6 network migration professional service product.
Tina has been awarded 100+ patents and 15 IETF RFCs. She earned her Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technologies in China.

Paul Carver has been involved in AT&T's cloud architecture since 2012. Paul has been active in Open Source communities including OpenStack, OpenContrail/Tungsten Fabric, and Akraino. Prior to it being called "cloud" Paul designed, deployed and supported datacenter and WAN IP networks for a cloud-like interactive voice response system called VoiceTone. And before that Paul worked on central office telemetry hardware and call center software. Paul has been the PTL of the Akraino Radio Edge Cloud blueprint since it was created in 2019.

Srini Addepalli is chief technologist and architect in Network Platform Group at Intel focusing on Edge-computing software solutions including automation, networking and security technologies. Srini previously served as fellow at Freescale (Now NXP) and CTO & Chief Architect at Intoto. He is more than two decade veteran in networking and data communications and his experience spans a range of areas from routing, switching and mobility technologies to network security technologies, including firewall, VPN, intrusion detection and antivirus technologies.

Sukhdev Kapur is Distinguished Engineer at Juniper Networks. He is part of CTO organization and is driving the Contrail architecture, 5G, Edge, and Cloud Native initiatives.
He is on the TSC (Technical Steering Committee) of Akraino Edge Stack as well as TSC of Tungsten Fabric. He is active contributor in CNTT (Cloud Infrastructure Telco Taskforce), active participant in TIP (Telecom Infrastructure Project) , and CNCF TUG (Telecom Users Group). He was active contributor to the development of Neutron, Ironic, and other OpenStack projects as well.
Sukhdev is a networking veteran with over 20 years experience in highly available distributed systems, cloud computing, virtualization, disaster recovery, policy based mobile workloads management, and software defined networks. He has held architectural positions in Arista Networks, F5, Cisco, Alteon, and others.
Sukhdev holds several patents in cloud computing, hierarchical data center deployments, cloud based disaster recovery, high availability, data center fabric automation, etc.

In this role, Yanjun has comprehensive understanding of telco's service portfolio on edge computing, including 5G network services and edge computing platform services. Before that, she has been worked in Orange as NoF expert (Networks of the Future) for many years, leading projects on ambient computing, IoT and cloud computing research directions and has rich experiences on open source projects from CNCF, Eclipse foundation and FIWARE foundation. Yanjun got both bachelor‘s degree and master's degree in control theory from Tsinghua university in China.|

|Bio||Ricardo is a Principal Software Engineer currently working in Edge Computing topics in Red Hat's Office of the CTO as part of the Emerging Technologies group. Part of this role involves the exploration and implementation of Edge Computing areas such as building complex edge computing stacks and managing them at scale. He's been doing R&D on the NFV/telco space contributing to various projects such as OpenStack, OpenDaylight and OPNFV. Now, moving to the container world, Ricardo has been working on enabling features in OpenShift/K8s in order to run Edge/vRAN workloads. |
He is passionate about new technologies and everything related to the Open Source world. Ricardo holds a MSc Degree in Telecomunications from Technical University of Madrid (UPM). He loves music, photography and outdoor sports.

Architect of Federated Learning
Enzo Zhang is Architect of WeBank since 2018 and responsible for the design and development of Federated Learning framework.He is committed to applying Federated Learning in various fields to solve the 'Isolated Data Island' problem. Since 2019, he successfully empowered the security and risk-management fields with Federated Learning framework to implement robust strategies and solutions. And now, Enzo Zhang focus his interest on the edge devices and wants to deploy Federated Learning framework to accelerate the development of vision algorithm on edge devices. And before that, Enzo Zhang has worked in Baidu for 6 years , built a recommended cloud platform as the infrastructure to support other applications and a high performance anomaly detection system called 'Umbrella' in security field.

Oleg Berzin graduated from Technical University of St. Petersburg, Russia with the MS degree in Computer Engineering. He received his Ph.D. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Oleg worked at Verizon for 20 years, where he held various technology leadership and development roles, including development of enterprise mobile private networking and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) services on the 4G LTE network. He is currently a Technology Innovation Fellow at Equinix where he is responsible for development of innovation strategies and prototypes in the areas of Mobile and Fixed Edge Infrastructures, Internet of Things, Next Generation Interconnection, Virtualization, and Network Automation. Oleg has extensive expertise in complex multi-protocol, multi-technology network and infrastructure products and services, and he is proud to hold the Lifetime Emeritus status for his three CCIE certifications (R&S, WAN Switching, SP).

Cindy Xing is a technical leader and problem solver in the domain of distributed system. With over 15 years of working experiences building large scale enterprise and cloud infrastructure, Cindy is passionate applying her skills and expertise in edge computing. Among the opensource community, Cindy led the KubeEdge project and helped it entering CNCF sandbox and now it is in incubation. The architecture of KubeEdge is recognized as a reference for edge and has been adopted commercially in real production. Cindy is also co-chairing the Kubernetes IoT/Edge working group. With recent Akraino TSC membership, Cindy plans to contribute building broader ecosystem especially bridging public cloud with teleco and enabling more powerful customer experience through 5G/Mec.
Cindy Xing is currently working as a principal software engineering manager at Microsoft. At her work, Cindy focuses on Azure IoT Edge. Her job is to build a secure, reliable, observable and autonomous edge infrastructure for customers.
