    This meeting mainly discuss about the CI/CD environment and the R3 Documentation work.

    • About CI/CD environment: ByteDance need to discuss with Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co.  to check the hardware environment ;

    • R3 Architecture Document volunteer: ByteDance & Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co. ;

    • R3 Installation Document volunteer: Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co.  If anyone wants to be volunteers, they can contact Hanyu Ding offline;

    • R3 Release Notes volunteer: Hanyu from China Mobile & Wales Wang from Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co.
    • R3 Test Document: Hanyu, from China Mobile, will help to find the volunteers to contribute this document;
    • Documentation Last Review : 15th May ;

    • Attendance list : Tina from ARM, Hanyu Ding from CMCC, Zhang Yongsu from ByteDance, Jane Shen from Huawei, He Fangshi from Baidu Cloud, Yang Guang from ThunderSoft, Ming Li, wuqiucai, Jianlin Lv, Corey, Tervor Tao
    • CI/CD confirmation: ByteDance will supply the second  CI/CD environment;
    • R3 Test Document: volunteered by ByteDance and Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co.
    • Discussion with Jane Shen about the end to end process in Use Case 2 and the relationship between CDN and edge node;

    • Release document first version: please provide a preliminary version on May 8;

    • About MATURITY REVIEW: ByteDance and Mobile Intelligence Cloud Co.  need to confirm whether to provide two Lab environments.  If so, need to fill in the certificate page of the MATURITY REVIEW: HTTPS://wiki.akraino.org/DISPLAY/AK/IEC+TYPE+3+Release+3+Maturity Review Certification

    • About R3 Document : document work  is the first priority Yongsu Zhang wales wang hanyu ding please supplement the Architecture、Installation and Test document as possible as we can before 5.12  ( maybe we need double check before R3 DDL).

    • About Test : according to offline discussion , wales wangwill help to do a simple functional test to ensure android cloud environment is available.
